As part of the core safety and operational support team, we worked alongside the Jetman engineers, flight coordinators, and Dubai’s aviation authorities to ensure every element—from launch to controlled descent—met the highest safety standards.

Flight Beyond Limits

Jetman’s mission was clear: allow a human to take off from the ground, unaided by aircraft, and soar freely through the skies. With wings powered by four jet engines and controlled by the pilot’s subtle body movements, the risks were immense and entirely unprecedented.

Our role included:

• Airspace Safety Protocols: Working hand-in-hand with air traffic control and aviation authorities to coordinate the safe integration of Jetman flights in controlled airspace.

• Flight Rehearsals & Risk Assessment: Supporting rigorous testing cycles, including ground tests, helicopter deployments, and increasingly autonomous take-offs and landings.

• Emergency Planning: Designing comprehensive contingency protocols for flight interruption, parachute deployment, rescue coordination, and remote monitoring systems.

• On-Ground Launch & Landing Operations: Assisting in the engineering and procedural design of launch ramps, refueling systems, and safe landing zones, often in unconventional or remote environments.
